Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Tel Aviv, Israel.
For orders shipped outside of Israel, the client will be responsible for paying all local taxes in the destination country, including custom clearance fees, and any additional expenses that may occur.
We recommend that you check the cost of taxes and other associated costs, before placing your order.
You will be sent a tracking number and shipping details once courier provides this
information. Please note that delivery times are approximate, and in rare cases there may be delays.

We offer shipping to any location.
Jewelry in stock is shipped within 1-3 business days after placing order.
For custom-made jewelry (for example: custom-size ring, Letter necklaces, white/red gold jewelry, and other requests), please allow us 14 business days to prepare your order.
Delivery times vary by destination:
Shipping in Israel
Orders delivered in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area (Gush Dan) and its surroundings are done by the studio’s courier, and are due to arrive between 1-3 business days from collection at studio, and upon scheduling with the client.
Orders shipped to other areas in Israel are done through Israel Post delivery service, and are due to arrive between 3-10 business days from collection at the studio.
Orders in the value of NIS 2,000 and above require a signature when received.
International shipments
International orders are done by EMS Israel Post, and are due to arrive between 7 - 14 business days from collection at the studio.
Self-pickup
If you chose the option of self-pickup, please arrive at our store during opening hours, and only after receiving a message that your order is ready.
Please note that an order can’t be changed or canceled after it has been placed.
