אם הזמנתן תכשיט בהתאמה אישית (למשל: טבעת במידה, שרשרת אותיות, תכשיטים בזהב לבן/אדום, אורך בשרשרת או צמיד שלא נמצא במלאי או מידות מיוחדות לפי בקשה) אנא אפשרו לנו 14 ימי עסקים מביצוע ההזמנה להכנת התכשיט.
משלוחים בישראל- משלוחים לגוש דן ומרכז הארץ מתבצעים באמצעות שליח מטעם הסטודיו, וימסרו בין 1-3 ימי עסקים מהאיסוף בסטודיו, ובתיאום מראש.
משלוחים בשאר חלקי הארץ מתבצעים באמצעות חברת השליחויות DHL אקספרס, וימסרו בין 3-7 ימי עסקים מהאיסוף בסטודיו.
משלוחים בסכום כולל של עד 1,000 ש״ח מתבצעים באמצעות שירות שליחים עד הבית של דואר ישראל. משלוח בשווי מעל ל 2,000 ש״ח דורש חתימה בקבלת המשלוח. משלוחים בינלאומיים- משלוחים בינלאומיים מתבצעים באמצעות חברת השליחויות DHL אקספרס, וימסרו בין 5 - 7 ימי עסקים מהאיסוף בסטודיו.
איסוף עצמי- אם בחרת באפשרות של איסוף עצמי מהחנות, תוכלי לאסוף את ההזמנה בשעות הפעילות ורק לאחר קבלת הודעה שההזמנה מוכנה לאיסוף.
שימי לב שלא ניתן לשנות או לבטל הזמנה לאחר ביצועה.
