Free shipping on orders of NIS 2,000 and above.
Shipping fees apply to orders under NIS 2,000.

Order Preparation

Jewelry that is in stock is shipped within 1–3 business days after placing your order.

Made-to-order and custom-made jewelry, including custom-size rings, Letter necklaces, white or red gold jewelry, non-standard lengths, and other special requests - require up to 21 business days for production.

Please note that shipping time is additional to the production time. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped according to the delivery times listed below.

Delivery in Israel

Tel Aviv & Gush Dan:
Orders delivered in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area and its surroundings are shipped with our studio courier. Delivery is expected within 1–3 business days from collection at the studio and will be scheduled with you in advance.

Other areas in Israel:
Orders shipped to other areas in Israel are delivered via DHL Express and are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days from collection at the studio.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL Express and are expected to arrive within 5–7 business days from collection at the studio.

Store Pickup

If you choose store pickup, made-to-order items require up to 21 business days for production. You’ll receive a confirmation from us when your order is ready for pickup. Please pick up from the store only after receiving this confirmation.

Orders can be collected from our store during opening hours.

Please note that an order cannot be changed or canceled after it has been placed.
