Jewelry in stock is shipped within 1-3 business days after placing order.
For custom-made jewelry (for example: custom-size ring, Letter necklaces, white/red gold jewelry, not in stock length, and other requests), please allow us 14 business days to prepare your order.
Delivery times vary by destination:
Shipping in Israel - Orders delivered in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area (Gush Dan) and its surroundings are done by the studio’s courier, and are due to arrive between 1-3 business days from collection at studio, and upon scheduling with the client.
Orders shipped to other areas in Israel are done through DHL Express, and are due to arrive between 3-7 business days from collection at the studio.
Orders in the value of NIS 1,000 and below are done by the Israel Post’s home delivery service. Orders in the value of NIS 2,000 and above require a signature when received.
International shipments -International orders are done by DHL Express, and are due to arrive between 5 - 7 business days from collection at the studio.
Store-pickup- If you chose the option of store-pickup, please arrive at our store during opening hours, and only after receiving a message that your order is ready.
