Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction with Shuna studio is our top priority.  Our jewellery are handmade with lots of care and attention, please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural stones.

If you’d like to return/exchange an item from your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to organise either an exchange/refund via phone 03-6025051 or email:

All items that are made to order, customized pieces, engraved items, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales and the white diamonds collection cannot be returned/refund. There is no refund for purchases over 3,000 NIS. 

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in their new, unworn state and in their original purchased condition, including all product documentation, within 14 days from the date of receipt. We reserve the right to deny exchange/refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange.  If your return is approved, then your refund/ exchange will be processed. In case of refund the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Until your item has arrived with us, we do not take responsibility for the shipping of this item and therefore suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please e-mail for all returns and exchanges in order to receive a Return Authorization Email.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs or returns.

Please let us know if your item needs repair before you send it back to us – The costs of shipment are not included.
Note that our repair work is done to very high standards and if the item is repaired elsewhere, we no longer offer the warranty.
Please mail (registered mail only) the item back to us for repair.
